The advantages of computer group control vulcanization tank

In recent years, the use of computers in the industrial field has been expanding. As far as the rubber suction cup manufacturing industry is concerned, computer applications have entered various fields such as suction cup design, formula design, and workshop production management. The program control of using a computer group to control multiple vulcanization tanks is an example.

(1) Introduction to the system

The group control system implements two-level control, in which the first stage is controlled by a program controller (ie, an early single board machine), each program controller controls one vulcanization tank, and the second stage is centrally monitored by a microcomputer. The system also configures a monitor screen and printer to perform equivalent vulcanization calculations for each tank and to monitor vulcanization conditions. After each vulcanization tank is vulcanized, the monitoring center can print the data report and control curve in time.

(2) System function

There are 4 aspects in total:

1) Monitor the temperature, pressure and time of each tank at any time. The temperature measurement error does not exceed 1% of the soil.
2) Perform equivalent vulcanization monitoring, calculate the instantaneous vulcanization state of each vulcanization tank, and automatically cut off the vulcanization cycle when the vulcanization is reached according to the equivalent vulcanization principle.

3) Check the recirculation of each vulcanization tank and find that the data of any one of the vulcanization tanks is abnormal and immediately alarm.

4) Equipped with manual or automatic switching device, in case of abnormal situation, it will automatically switch to manual state without affecting the normal production.

(3) Use effect
The system has good anti-interference, stability and safety, easy to operate, maintain and adapt to the process. The following effects can be obtained in use:
1) The vulcanization conditions can be strictly controlled and the vulcanization quality is guaranteed;
2) The vulcanization cycle can be shortened by an average of 3 to 5 mm, which is equivalent to an increase of 10% in efficiency and a 10% reduction in energy consumption.
3) The investment is not large, and the total system cost does not exceed 100,000 US dollars.
